Absolutely. Simply click on the link for order entry and follow the directions, or just login if you already have a user name and password. It is as easy as that. And, our products are categorized to make it easy to find what you are looking for.


2. My account has more than one ship-to address. Can I still place orders online? TOP OF PAGE

Yes. If you have more than one ship-to address, you will be prompted to enter the desired ship-to-addresss when you go to place an order.


3. Can I place an order online without having a Laser Supply account? TOP OF PAGE

Yes. Just log on as a guest and follow the simple directions.


4. How do I find the products I am looking for? TOP OF PAGE

Go to the "Search Catalog" box and type in a description or partial description of what you are looking for and click Go.

That is not a problem. We have many items in our vast database that are not in our catalog or online. To find them, go to the "Search Catalog" box and type in what you are looking for. Chances are that you will find it. If that doesn't produce the result you are looking for, simply call 1-800-394-5273, and ask for our special orders department. Our knowledgeable personnel will be happy to help you find that special item you need for your job.

At Laser Supply, our customers needs are our first concern. A customer calling to return merchandise is always treated as courteously as a customer placing an order. Our goal at Laser Supply is 100% customer satisfaction. Just call our Customer Service depatment at 1-800-394-5273. It is as easy as that.


7. Can I cancel or change an order placed online? TOP OF PAGE

Yes. As soon as you realize that you need to change or cancel an order, call our Customer Service department at 1-800-394-5273. We can make any changes or cancellations if you call us before your order ships.


8. What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged or missing items? TOP OF PAGE

If our driver is still there, have him call the office on his radio. All of our drivers have radio/cell phones. Our Customer Service representatives will handle it right on the spot. If you notice damage or a shortage after our driver leaves, call our Customer Service department at 1-800-394-5273 within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep the original shipping package.


9. How can I tell if the order I placed online was received by Laser Supply? TOP OF PAGE

Once we receive your order we will e-mail you with a confirmation.

Here at Laser, we have a Services Division which specializes in renovations and remodeling. Not only can we supply you with the materials for your rehab, we can also do the work for you. 11. When will I receive my order? TOP OF PAGE

All orders received by 3:00 P.M. will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday. We ship via our own trucks in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. All other areas are shipped by Parcel Service or Common Carrier. Next day or second day air is available at the customers expense.


12. Is there a charge for delivery? TOP OF PAGE

We offer free delivery to all customers in Florida with a minimum $50.00 order. All items marked with an * in the catalog require special handling and will carry an extra charge if not delivered by one of Laser's trucks. All COD orders shipped by Parcel Service or Common Carrier will automatically have COD charges added.
